By using any of EatCloud’s trademarks, logos, designs or assets, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in these Brand Guidelines, the applicable EatCloud Terms and Conditions incorporated by reference(Terms of Use), other EatCloud policies or as otherwise expressly permitted by EatCloud. You further acknowledge that EatCloud may take action against unauthorized or infringing use or use that does not comply with these Brand Guidelines.
EatCloud is the sole owner of EatCloud’s trademarks, and you will not challenge or interfere with EatCloud’s rights in any of them, including the use and registration of your EatCloud trademarks.
When using EatCloud’s trademarks, you must clearly identify that they are trademarks of EatCloud S.A.S.
You will not use EatCloud’s trademarks in a manner that implies that EatCloud has sponsored or endorsed the use without EatCloud’s express written permission or license.
You will not use or apply to register any of EatCloud’s trademarks in whole or in part, or anything confusingly similar to EatCloud’s trademarks, such as trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, domain name or social media identifier, etc.
You will not damage, misuse, disparage or dilute EatCloud’s trademarks or tarnish EatCloud’s goodwill in them. Examples of misuse include: altering authorized color schemes and/or fonts, rescaling, obscuring, animating, or distorting or mutilating trademarks or logos.
All goodwill associated with your use of EatCloud’s trademarks shall be exclusive to EatCloud.
EatCloud may modify these Trademark Guidelines or revoke permission to use EatCloud’s trademarks at any time.
Except for the limited right to use EatCloud’s trademarks for the purposes specified in these Trademark Guidelines, no other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise. EatCloud provides these Trademark Guidelines “as is” and disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied by law, with respect to EatCloud’s trademarks, including warranties of non-infringement. These Trademark Guidelines shall be governed by the law of Colombia, without regard to conflict of law principles, and venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be in the city of Medellin.
