We know that if we put our intelligence and technology at the service of love, we will be able to generate food abundance in any context of scarcity. We are a bridge between surplus food in perfect condition, which cannot be sold or consumed in multiple channels, and the institutions and communities that need it most at any latitude.

Children, young people, the elderly, low-income people and also any person of any economic stratum subjected to times of crisis.
There are millions of people around the world who need to feed themselves continuously in contexts of scarcity.
They are not statistics, they are human beings united by the most basic of conditions: the need to eat and feed their families.
We know them because we are brothers, our destinies are intertwined and we share a common future, we are part of a delicate ecosystem, a world where every human decision affects the entire environment. The stability of our resources and communities depends on the delicate balance of such diversity.
We are interconnected, we share resources, there are valuable limits in the way we relate to each other, and the harmony and balance of the system depends on the way we harmonize these limits.

Our EatCloud Culture
Culture is a collective construction, in which as a group we share and nurture a compendium of beliefs, values and practices.
The culture is not static, it changes with time, the context and its participants, therefore preserving it is also to grow together and seek continuous improvement among all, we do not propose a static culture, but a culture in movement that is nurtured by the arrival of each employee and their own personal growth.

So we take a genuine interest in others, we strive daily to bring food to the neediest in the most transparent way possible and to help our donors to generate a real social, economic and environmental impact, with high standards of service and high traceability in their results.
Passion
We are entrepreneurs by definition, we know that the deeper we go, the more possible it is to find something of value. The strangest things have happened to us when we’ve pushed our limits, when we’ve gone too far, when we’ve worked too hard and separated ourselves from the rest of the world. Passion is the engine of EatCloud, it is the energy that shapes our actions. It is the common denominator of our innovations, the state from which our destiny is forged. We take passion as the full understanding of purpose, so we value this level of commitment in our employees.
Empathy
Empathy is much more than being sympathetic; it is feeling with painful urgency in ourselves the hunger we seek to mitigate, it is feeling in our own body the certainty that avoiding waste is a must for our planet. Our purpose is not only to connect systems, resources, data, we also connect with every human being, with every user that enters our orbit. By listening to others (their needs, desires or ambitions) we connect their world with ours.

Being innovative forces us to be a team of constant study. The search for truth and experimentation are the driving force of EatCloud. We exploit the freedom to work by experimenting, iterating, trying and testing. We seek to bring into our orbit not “know-it-alls” but more “do-it-yourselfers” willing to listen carefully to each other, each collaborator who enters our orbit brings with them a strange and complex world beyond what we could imagine.
Accidental or intentional failure is always the best way to learn. Accident is sometimes the right fit for a novel process. We collect accidents as part of processes. it allows us to question ourselves differently.
Resilience
Being happy has nothing to do with having well-being, we seek our own well-being and that of our collaborators, but we understand happiness as the strengthening of the spirit. That is why we encourage the development of all our resilience: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Social. This is the only way to achieve the stature that our purpose demands of us.
